1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Flatten biscuits and press dough into lightly sprayed mini muffin pans with dough reaching top of tin sides.
3. Mix together chicken, bacon, BBQ sauce and onion in a bowl. Divide filling into dough cups.
4. Sprinkle tops with cheese and bake 12-15 minutes or until golden.
5. Remove from tins and serve.
