Please note that some orders placed on Wednesday or later may ship the following Monday, as our carrier partners cannot deliver to certain areas of the country on the weekends. We use UPS to ship all orders. Standard ground orders usually arrive 1-2 days after shipment. At checkout, you’ll get an estimated date that your package will arrive. Note: Our frozen food cannot be in transit over the weekend, so orders placed after Wednesday may ship the following Monday.
Yes. You can track your package from the tracking link provided in your Shipping Confirmation or opt-in to text alerts for shipping notifications. You’ll know where your food is and when it will arrive.
There is dry ice in our coolers and it is cold. Do not touch dry ice with bare hands. Use gloves or a towel if you need to move it. Place it in a well ventilated area and it will gradually turn from solid to gas until it is gone.
  • Direct Shipping orders under $99.99 will have a $19.99 shipping fee.
  • Direct Shipping orders greater than $100.00 will have a $9.99 shipping fee.
