A. Order & Delivery Update Notification Mobile SMS or MMS/Text Messages

What are Order and Delivery Update text messages?

Order and Delivery Update text messages are SMS or MMS messages on your mobile phone that contain order and delivery-specific notifications for Yelloh customers. Yelloh will send an initial confirmation text message. The service is a recurring message program.


How do I sign up for Order and Delivery Text Messages (SMS or MMS)?

You are automatically signed up for Order and Delivery text messages during Account Registration, or when you add a mobile number in the My Account area of yelloh.com or the Yelloh Delivery Application (the “App”) and following the appropriate communication preference prompts. Order & Delivery text messages are not mobile spam. The service is a recurring message program.


Will I be charged for Order and Delivery text message?

Message and data rates may apply depending on your text message plan. Please check with your mobile phone carrier on your plan details.


What if I do not want to receive Order and Delivery text messages?

To stop receiving all Order & Delivery text messages, text STOPNOTICE to 89579 or please fill out this form. After doing so, you will receive a text confirming that you have unsubscribed. We will promptly process your opt-out to cease all Order and Delivery text messages. Without the ability to communicate with you via text message, you may need to place an order at yelloh.com, the App or please fill out this form. We will not stop by unless you have placed an order. This helps us save on miles by only driving to you when you need us.


What if I want to opt back in to Order and Delivery text messages?

You can start receiving Order and Delivery text messages again by following any of the steps outlined in the above section: "How do I sign up for Order and Delivery text messages?”


What if I want more info?

To request more info simply text HELP to the short code 89579.


Text Message Commands

STOPALL: At any time, you can text STOPALL to 89579. This will prevent you from receiving all text messages from Yelloh.

STOPNOTICE: At any time, you can text STOPNOTICE to 89579. This will prevent you from receiving any future Order and Delivery text messages from Yelloh.

How are the messages sent?

We may use autodialer or non-autodialer technology to send the text messages described above to the mobile phone number you provide us when you opt in.



B. Deals & Marketing SMS or MMS/Text Messages

What are Deals and Marketing text messages (SMS or MMS)?

Deals and Marketing text messages are sent to those opted in and contain promotional alerts for Yelloh products or services. Customers who opt in through our Customer Care team, will receive an initial confirmation SMS or MMS message requiring your response. Customers who opt in through other methods (through account preferences on Yelloh.com, through the App or at the door) will receive a welcome text to the mobile number you provide. The service is a recurring message program.


How do I sign up for Deals and Marketing text messages?

You can opt in to Deals and Marketing text messages during Account Registration, by adding a primary mobile number in the My Account area of Yelloh.com and following the appropriate communication preference prompts. Deals and Marketing text messages are not mobile spam. The service is a recurring message program.


Will I be charged for Deals and Marketing text messages?

Message and data rates may apply depending on your text message plan. Please check with your mobile phone carrier on your plan details.


What if I do not want to receive Deals and Marketing text messages?

II. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS


A. Yelloh App Notifications

What are Yelloh App Notifications?

Yelloh mobile alerts are messages generated by the Yelloh the App that contain either: 1) Order and Delivery notifications; or 2) Deals and Marketing notification for Yelloh and our products and services.


How do I sign up for Yelloh App Push Notifications?

When you downloaded the App from Google Play for an Android device, you are automatically signed up to receive all App Push Notifications. If you download the App from the Apple Store for an Apple device, you will need to click “Allow” for the App to send you notifications when asked. If you are not currently receiving them and wish to, you can turn on App Push Notifications in the Yelloh App Settings.


Are Push Notification messages free?

All Yelloh App Push Notifications are complimentary.

To stop receiving Yelloh App Push Notifications, turn off notifications in the Settings feature of the App.


What if I want to opt back in to receiving Push Notifications?

You can start receiving App Push Notifications again by following the instructions above from “How do I sign up for Yelloh App Push Notifications”.

B. Order & Delivery Notification Mobile Alerts

What are Order and Delivery Reminder Notifications?

Order and Delivery reminder Notifications are App Push Notifications that contain reminders to place online orders in advance to reserve your favorite products, notifications that a Yelloh truck is nearby and available to deliver products to you, should you opt in, or order delivery-specific notifications sent the morning of your delivery date of your Yelloh food.


How do I sign up for Order and Delivery Push Notifications?

Sign up for Order and Delivery Push Notifications by selecting to receive them in the Settings feature of the Yelloh App.


Are Order and Delivery Push Notifications free?

All Yelloh Home Order and Delivery Push Notifications are complimentary.


What if I do not want to receive Yelloh, Order and Delivery Push Notifications?

To stop receiving all Order and Delivery Push Notifications, go to the App Settings and deselect the option for Order and Delivery Updates.


What if I want to opt back in to receiving Order and Delivery Push Notifications?

You can start receiving Order and Delivery Push Notifications again by following the steps outlined in the above section: "How do I sign up for Order and Delivery Push Notifications?”

C. Deals and Marketing App Push Notifications

What are Deals and Marketing Push Notifications?

Deals and Marketing Push Notifications are messages sent via our App that contain Deals and Marketing alerts for Yelloh products and services.


How do I sign up for Deals and Marketing Push Notifications?

Sign up for Deals and Marketing Push Notifications by going to the App Settings feature and selecting the Deals and Marketing option. Deals and Marketing Push Notifications are NOT spam emails or text message.


Are Push Notification messages free?

All Deals and Marketing Push Notifications are complimentary.


What if I do not want to receive Deals and Marketing Push Notifications?

To stop receiving all Deals and Marketing notifications, go to the App Settings and de-select the Deals and Marketing option.


What if I want to opt back in to Deals and Marketing Push Notifications?

You can start receiving Deals and Marketing notifications again by following the steps outlined in the above section: "How do I sign up for Deals and Marketing Push Notifications?”

III. E-MAIL COMMUNICATIONS

E-Mail Communications are electronic mail messages delivered by Yelloh to the email address the customer provides at the time of Account registration or other prompts. E-Mail Communications can contain Order and Delivery information such as order confirmation, receipts and invoices for purchases, and alerts for delivery delays or rescheduling. These may also include information about account registration and management, including credit card expiration notices. E-mail communications categorized as Deals and Marketing contain offers for savings on our products and services, coupons, savings codes, and “Service Reminders” (confirmation of day and time our representatives will visit you) and new product and program announcements.


A. Order & Delivery Emails

How do I sign up for Order and Delivery emails?

When you create an account on yelloh.com, you provide an email address that becomes your username for yelloh.com. You will begin to receive Order and Delivery emails from us when you engage in our services and place orders for products.


Are Email Communications free?

All Order and Delivery emails are complimentary.


What if I do not want to receive Order and Delivery emails?

Order and Delivery Update emails are a vital communication method for us to send you confirmation of your orders, send you receipts, provide information about order issues, notices that we are in your neighborhood, delivery delays and changes to your services. Therefore, we do not provide an option for you not to receive this vital information.


How are the Email Communications sent?

Order and Delivery emails are sent from our systems when you engage with our services, or we need to inform you of a change in our services.

B. Deals & Marketing Emails

How do I sign up for Deals and Marketing emails?

When you create an account on yelloh.com, you provide an email address which becomes your username for yelloh.com. You will be given the choice during account creation that will ask you if you want to opt in to Deals and Marketing messages. You will make your selection then, or you opt in by going to My Account, Communication Preferences. Once opted-in, you will then receive Deal and Marketing emails from us that contain offers for product discounts, free or reduced delivery charges, suggested recipes, Service Reminders, or other promotional information. You can always opt out of, or ‘unsubscribe’ from, receiving Deals and Marketing emails from us. You can ‘unsubscribe’ within each Deals and Marketing email message we send you.


Are Deals and Marketing emails free?

All Deals and Marketing emails are complimentary.


What if I do not want to receive Deals and Marketing emails?

If you do not want to receive Deals and Marketing emails from us, please fill out this form to opt-out. You also have the ability to unsubscribe from Deals and Marketing emails via the unsubscribe link included in each Deals and Marketing email. In some cases, we may provide an unsubscribe link within a transactional email that will allow you to unsubscribe from Deals and Marketing emails.


How are the email messages sent?

Deals and Marketing email messages are sent from our systems when you engage with our services or when we have information to share with you regarding special offers, recipes, and other information we believe will be of interest.


What if I want to opt back into receiving Deals & Marketing emails?

Sign in to Yelloh.com or the App and go to My Account. Then navigate to Communication Preferences where you may select ‘Emails’ under the Deals & Marketing section.
