1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Place thawed brisket in microwave and cook according to package instructions.
3. Slice baguettes in half the long way, keeping one side connected.
4. Place 4-5 brisket slices on one side of each open face baguette.
5. Top each with 2 slices of provolone.
6. Put in oven until cheese is melted, 5-8 minutes.
7. Dip in premade au jus and enjoy!
