1. Prepare ice the night before by adding one Mango Chunk to each ice cube, add water and freeze.
2. Muddle thawed Golden Fruit Blend and lemon juice until semi-smooth.
3. Add fruit blend, tea and gin to cocktail shaker. Shake for 1 minute.
4. Pour through strainer into glass with mango ice. Top with sparkling water and garnish with a few frozen berries.
