Preparation

    • Blender Blender
  • 20 OZ. FRUIT SMOOTHIE:
    • 2 cups frozen Mango Chunks
    • 1 ½ cups milk or non-dairy milk
    • 1 cup of yogurt
  • Add ingredients into a blender and blend 1 minute or until desired consistency.
  • To make thicker add ice or additional frozen fruit. To sweeten add honey or brown sugar.
  • For added nutrition add oatmeal, spinach, kale or chia seeds.
    • Thaw Thaw
  • For optimum quality, only thaw desired portion. Do not refrigerate.
  • 1. Remove desired amount and return remainder to freezer.
  • 2. Spread evenly in a single layer onto a plate and wrap tightly with plastic wrap.
  • 3. Let sit at room temperature for 90 minutes.
  • DO NOT REFREEZE.
