1.Heat olive oil in a medium sauté pan over medium high heat, until hot.
2.Add shrimp to pan and cook 1-2 minutes on each side.
3.Stir in BBQ sauce, cook until sauce is warm and shrimp is heated through, 3-4 minutes.
4.Divide macaroni and cheese between four serving bowls.
5.Divide shrimp and bacon between bowls of macaroni and cheese, then serve.
