1. Preheat oven to 400°F
2. Place taters and chicken in a single layer over foil wrapped cookie sheet.
3. Bake 20 minutes, turning over halfway through cook time.
4. Remove from oven then top with cheese, celery, and buffalo sauce.
5. Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 - 7 minutes.
6. Drizzle with ranch dressing and serve.
Tip: For additional color and flavor garnish with chopped green onions.
