1. Place asparagus, mushrooms and 1/2 cup of dressing into a glass dish. Cover and marinade in refrigerator 30 minutes or overnight.
2. Preheat grill on medium-high heat.
3. Grill Asparagus and mushrooms for 5-7 minutes or until nice grill marks appear.
4. Toss spinach with remaining dressing and place on serving platter.
5. Top with grilled asparagus and mushrooms, radishes and Parmesan cheese.
