1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Spray a 10-inch glass plate pie with cooking spray and sprinkle evenly with bread crumbs.
3. Whisk eggs, half & half, milk, salt and pepper together.
4. Stir asparagus, ham and cheese into the egg mixture.
5. Pour mixture into the pie plate and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the top is golden and egg is set in the center.
