Turkey Meatballs & Vegetable Soup with Brown Rice

1. Heat olive oil in large saucepan and sauté onion, celery and carrots for 5 minutes.

2. Stir in flour to coat vegetables. Add chicken broth and meatballs.

3. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

4. Add prepared brown rice and serve immediately.
