1. Slice pork chops into thin strips then mix together with BBQ sauce and set aside.
2. Saute corn in lightly oiled non-stick pan for 5-7 minutes or until lightly browned and warm.
3. Place salad greens into a serving platter, top with corn, BBQ pork, avocado and tomatoes.
4. Drizzle with dressing and serve.
Tip: To add some crunch, top salad with crushed corn chips
