Hawaiian Ham Grilled Skewers

Island flavors have never been so easy. Alternate slices of ham, pineapple and veggies, baste with an easy Hawaiian glaze made with on-hand ingredients and pop them on the grill.

    yellow bell pepper
  • 2
    orange bell pepper
  • 2 cups
    whole baby Bella mushrooms
  • 1
    red onion
  • 1
    fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 cup
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup
  • 1/2 cup
    pineapple juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    Worcestershire sauce
  • 1
    clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp


1. Cut the ham, yellow and orange bell peppers, onion and pineapple in 2" pieces. Slide the pieces onto the skewers alternating ham, peppers, onion, mushroom and pineapple.
2. Mix the pineapple juice, brown sugar, ketchup, Worcestershire, garlic and pepper together in a small bowl. Brush evenly on both sides of the skewers.
3. Grill on medium-high heat, searing each side for about 5 minutes or until all ingredients are heated through. Brushing more sauce on with each turn.
