1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 12 cup muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray.

2. Fill muffin cups with 3-5 pieces each of ham, broccoli, and bell pepper, being careful not to overfill.

3. Whisk together eggs, milk, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a large bowl.

4. Pour the egg mixture evenly into the muffin cups.

5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.

6. Bake for 20 minutes or until top is golden brown.
