1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Combine olive oil, rosemary, lemon zest, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper into a large bowl. Add chicken and toss to coat with mixture.
3. Arrange chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake for 27-29 minutes, turning halfway through roasting time.
