1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and set aside.

2. Wrap each sweet potato piece with a bacon slice, and secure with a toothpick.

3. Place on foil-lined pan. Drizzle sweet potato pieces with maple syrup.

4. Bake 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature of 165°F.
