1. Heat olive oil in large sauté pan over medium heat.
2. Add onions and sauté 4–5 minutes.
3. Stir in bell peppers and continue to cook 2 minutes.
4. Mix in butter, corn, cream, salt and pepper.
5. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, for 5–7 minutes or until heated through.
6. Fold in herbs, adjust seasoning to taste, and serve.
