Brussels Sprouts with Lemon Thyme Butter

Brussels sprouts are seared in hot butter, encouraging their leaves to open, browning and crisping while soaking up the rich flavors in the pan.



1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Sauté Brussel sprouts in butter 2-3 minutes in an oven-safe skillet.

3. Add thyme and lemon juice and cook an additional minute.

4. Place skillet in oven and bake 8-9 minutes.

5. Stir in Parmesan cheese, lemon zest, salt and pepper, then serve.
