Instructions

1. Spread frosting over top of chocolate chip cookies.

2. Cut 6 wafer cookies in half.

3. Arrange one ½ of wafer onto one end of cookie and one whole below to form a hat with brim.

4. Place candy corn in center to create a nose

5. Create a mouth and eyes with black frosting.

6. Press candy sprinkle around bottom sides of hat to form hair.
