Tex-Mex Steak and Mango Salad

Spice up your family dinner with this delicious marinated grilled steak and our vibrant all-natural mangoes.


  • 1/3 cup
    teriyaki marinade & sauce
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp
    Serrano chili, seeded and minced
  • 1 tsp
    lime zest
  • 1 1/4 tsp
    lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    sesame oil
  • 4-6 cups
    mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup
    fresh mangoes, diced
  • 1 cup
    crumbled queso fresco or feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup
    thinly sliced red onions
  • 1/4 cup
    salsa verde


1. Combine together teriyaki marinade, garlic, chilies, lime zest and juice and oil.
2. Place steaks and marinate into zipper locked bag then fridge 30 minutes.
3. Preheat grill and prepare steaks to desired doneness and let rest 3-5 minutes.
4. Toss together greens, mangos, cheese and onions. Arrange on serving platter.
5. Slice steak into thin strips and top over greens. Drizzle with salsa and serve.
