1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Press cookies into 13x9 inch baking dish
3. Bake crust 10 – 15 minutes, until golden.
4. Cool completely.
5. Combine eggs, sugar, flour, lemon zest, baking powder and salt.
6. Stir in lemon juice and pour mixture over crust.
7. Bake 25 – 30 minutes.
8. Cool completely and sprinkle with powdered sugar to serve.
