1. Combine 10 cookies with cocoa powder.
2. Place between 2 pieces of parchment to form a 3 x 6 x ½ inch rectangle and chill for 10 -15 minutes.
3. Roll remaining cookies into same size rectangle and chill for 10-15 minutes.
4. Cut each rectangle into 6 – ½ inch strips.
5. Stack alternating colored strips in a 4 x 3 pattern to form a block.
6. Press gently to completely seal all strips together.
7. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 2 hours or overnight.
8. Preheat oven to 350°F.
9. Cut block into ¼ - ½ inch slices and place on prepared cookie sheet.
10. Bake for 8 – 10 minutes and cool completely before enjoying.
Tip: For special occasions substitute the cocoa powder with food coloring.
