"I love this product! My husband and I have different tastes when it comes to topping and this makes it so easy to customize.

My favorites is chicken piccata so I make a sauce with chicken stock, fresh lemon juice, capers, fresh parsley, butter, salt and pepper. One of my favorite dinners!!"

Instructions

1. Stir together chicken broth, cornstarch, lemon juice and capers in small saucepan.

2. Simmer over medium heat 8-10 minutes until slightly thickened.

3. Remove pan from heat and stir in butter.

4. Drizzle sauce over prepared chicken and pasta.

5. Garnish with parsley
