Peanut Butter Ice Cream Sandwich Dessert

Yummy layers of rich chocolate wafers filled with creamy vanilla ice cream are smothered with a peanut butter chocolate sauce and topped with whipped topping and a sprinkling of crunchy, salty nuts.


  • 3/4 cup
    creamy peanut butter
  • Vanilla Ice Cream Sandwiches (008)
  • 1 carton (12 oz)
    whipped topping
  • 1 cup
    salted peanuts


1. Microwave chocolate sauce and peanut butter in microwave-safe bowl for 1-2 minutes to make it spreadable. Stir and set aside to cool. Save a little for garnishing top of cake.

2. Place half of the ice cream sandwiches into 9x13-inch pan.

3. Spread half of peanut butter chocolate mixture, whipped topping and peanuts over sandwiches.

4. Repeat layers. Cover and freeze for 1 hour or until firm.
