1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. Place shrimp on two 12 x 14-inch heavy aluminum foil sheets.
3. Fold up sides and double crimp edges to seal.
4. Grill 12-14 minute or until shrimp is opaque or thermometer reached 160°F.
5. Spoon hot shrimp over prepared steak. Sprinkle with herbs and cheese.
Tip: Serve with pasta, rice and asparagus on the side.
