1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Beat cream cheese, sour cream and dressing until blended.
3. Stir in broccoli, 1 ½ cup of cheddar cheese and Parmesan.
4. Spread into lightly sprayed baking dish.
5. Bake 15-20 minutes or until hot.
6. Top with remaining cheddar cheese before serving.
Tip: This recipe is also excellent served cold. Just mix ingredients, form into a log, top with extra cheddar cheese and chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans or almonds) and serve.
