1. Sauté chicken in butter over medium heat for 2-4 minutes.
2. Add heavy cream, pepper, nutmeg, dill and cheese.
3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer 8-10 minutes or until sauce has thickened.
4. Stir peas and warm tortellini into mixture. Cook an additional 4-6 minutes.
5. Sprinkle with extra Parmesan cheese before serving.
