Chicken Satay with Spicy Sauce

  • 20 skewers
    bamboo skewers, soaked in water 30 minutes or overnight
  • 6
    SIGNATURE™ Chicken Breast Fillets (502), thawed & sliced
  • 1 cup
    roasted red peppers, drained
  • 2 Tbsp.
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1/2 tsp.
    red pepper flakes
  • Salt, to taste


1.  Slice thawed chicken in 1/2" wide pieces and thread on skewers.

2.  Place on foil-lined pan lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking oil.

3.  Broil or grill for 8-10 minutes or until fully cooked, turning halfway through cook time.

Chicken Satay Sauce:

1.  Place drained roasted red peppers, vinegar, sugar and hot pepper flakes into blender and puree.

2.  Salt sauce to taste and serve with chicken skewers.
