1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Combine sweet potatoes, cranberries, apple, and raisins.
3. Toss the potato mixture with the melted butter.
4. Place in a lightly sprayed 9" x 9" baking dish. Pour applejuice juice over the top.
5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the dish begins to set. Add pecans and cook an additional 10 minutes.
TIP: Also great using canned whole cranberries.
