1. Sauté chicken filets in 1 tablespoon butter for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked.
2. Season with salt and pepper. Remove chicken from pan, cover and keep hot.
3. Add remaining butter and stir in all remaining ingredients. Mix well.
4. Cook 6-8 minutes or until apples are tender.
5. Add chicken to reheat.
