1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Cut bacon into half-inch pieces and prepare according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
3. Sauté onions and peppers in butter for 2 minutes. Stir in flour and salt.
4. Mix in sour cream, corn and half of bacon.
5. Pour mixture into lightly oiled 9x13-inch casserole dish. Top with remaining bacon and bake uncovered 45 minutes.
Tip: For a family sized casserole, just cut the reicpe in half and place into a 8x8-inch baking dish.
