  • 1. Preheat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • 2. Pour 1/2 bag of vegetables into skillet.
  • 3. Cook for 9 minutes. Stir frequently.
  • 4. Let stand 1 minute.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.

  • 4. Grill for 10 minutes.
  • 5. Let stand 1 minute.
  • Caution product will be hot.
