Preparation

    • Blender Blender
  • Prepare from FROZEN state.
  • • 2 cups Whole Strawberries, frozen
  • • 1 cup milk or non-dairy milk
  • • 1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt

  • 1. Combine ingredients into a blender.
  • 2. Blend for 1 minute, or until desired thickness.

  • To thicken, add ice or additional Whole Strawberries.
  • For a sweeter smoothie, add honey, brown sugar, or use sweetened yogurt.
  • For added nutrition, add oatmeal, spinach, kale or chia seeds.
    • Thaw Thaw
  • Prepare from FROZEN state.
  • 1. Remove desired amount and return remainder to freezer.
  • 2. Spread evenly in a single layer on a plate.
  • 3. Let sit at room temperature for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused portion.
  • DO NOT REFREEZE.
    • Microwave Microwave
  • Prepare from FROZEN state.
  • 1. Place fruit in a single layer on a microwave safe plate.
  • 2. Loosely cover with plastic wrap.
  • 3. Microwave on defrost for 40 seconds.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused portion.
  • DO NOT REFREEZE.
