Our thick-sliced, applewood-smoked bacon comes frozen in two 1.25 lb. packages, allowing you to thaw and make or save as much as you like. Short on time? This versatile bacon can even be cooked in the microwave.

Preparation

  • Prepare from THAWED state.
  • Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly.
  • Thaw in refrigerator overnight or in cold running water for 30 minutes.
  • 1. Preheat large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • 2. Place desired number of bacon slices in a single layer into skillet.
  • 3. Cook for 8 - 10 minutes until desired crispness. Turn frequently.
  • 4. Drain on paper towel.

  • 3. Cover slices with a paper towel.

  • 5. Let stand 1 minute.
