Made with hand-trimmed, center-cut pork tenderloins that are hand-wrapped in thick-cut applewood-smoked bacon, these tender cuts of meat are individually flash-frozen and vacuum-sealed for freshness and convenience. Cut to a generous 1-1/2 inch thickness, each frozen pork tenderloin grills up juicy and tender with no thawing required for an easy, elegant main dish.

Preparation

  • Prepare from THAWED state.
  • Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly.
  • Thaw in refrigerator overnight or in cold running water for 30 minutes.
  • 1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  • 2. Remove desired number of tenderloins from carton and wrapper.
  • 3. Season as desired with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • 4. Place tenderloins onto grill
  • 5. Grill for 19 - 21 minutes. Turn frequently.
  • 6. Let stand 3 minutes.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
  • FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. THIS PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 145°F PRIOR TO EATING.

  • 1. Preheat non stick skillet over medium – high heat with one tablespoon of oil.
  • 2. Carefully place pork into oil and sear for one minute on each side.
  • 3. Remove the pork from the skillet and place on a foil lined baking sheet.
  • 4. Place baking sheet into preheated 375°F oven.
  • 5. Bake 13 - 15 minutes.
  • 6. Turn pork over; bake for an additional 7 minutes or until they reach and internal temperature of 145°F.
  • 7. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Tip: For crispier bacon, turn and hold bacon directly on the skillet using a tong, rolling to evenly crisp and brown.
  • THIS PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED THOROUGHLY TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 145°F PRIOR TO EATING.
