Preparation

  • From Frozen State
  • 1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  • 2. Place 2 fillets in a single layer onto a lightly oiled, foil-lined baking sheet.
  • 3. Bake on center rack for 30 - 32 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • 4. Let stand 1 minute.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
  • FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. THIS PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 145°F PRIOR TO EATING.

  • TO THAW SLOWLY: Remove fish from vacuum wrap and thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
  • TO THAW QUICKLY: Keep fish in vacuum wrap and thaw in cold running water for 30 minutes.
  • 1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  • 2. Place 2 fillets in a single layer onto lightly-oiled aluminum foil.
  • 3. Roll up sides of foil to make an open pouch.
  • 4. Grill for 5 minutes and turn over.
  • 5. Grill for 5 - 6 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • 6. Let stand 1 minute.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
