  • Prepare from THAWED state.
  • Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly.
  • Remove roast from carton and thaw sealed pouch in refrigerator for 48 hours.
  • 1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • 2. Place roast with bone tips pointing up into a shallow baking dish.
  • 3. Season as desired with olive oil and 1 tablespoon of rub seasoning.
  • 4. Bake on center rack for 20 minutes and turn over.
  • 5. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • 6. Reduce heat to 325°F and bake for 70 minutes.
  • 7. Let stand 5 minutes.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
  • FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. THIS PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 160°F PRIOR TO EATING.
