Preparation

    • Microwave Microwave
  • Prepare from FROZEN state.
  • Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly.
  • 1. Place the frozen unopened bag in microwave with seam side up.
  • 2. Cook on high for 7 - 8 minutes.
  • NOTE: During preparation bag will slowly inflate and whistling sound may be heard. Special vents in the bag will allow steam to escape.
  • If bag has not deflated, additional cooking time may be required. Avoid overcooking.
  • 3. Let stand 1 minute. Carefully handle bag at corners. Hold bag over dish, tear at notch and pour vegetables out. CAUTION: Product will be hot!

  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.

  • Prepare from FROZEN state.

  • 1. Bring 1 - 2 inches of water to boil in a medium saucepan.
  • 2. Pour 1 bag of vegetables into saucepan. Cover and bring to second boil.
  • 3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 3 - 4 minutes or until tender.
  • 4. Drain and serve.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
