These frozen breaded cod nuggets are made with wild caught and responsibly sourced cod from an MSC Certified Sustainable fishery, and are coated with a delightfully crispy breading that cooks up golden brown and is ready to soak up your favorite tartar sauce. Preparation

  • Prepare from FROZEN state.
  • Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly.
  • 1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • 2. Place 12 nuggets in a single layer onto a foil-lined baking sheet.
  • 3. Bake on center rack for 8 minutes and turn over.
  • 4. Bake for 8 - 9 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  • 5. Let stand 1 minute.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.

  • 2. Deep fry 12 nuggets for 2 1/2 - 3 minutes until golden brown.
  • 3. Drain on paper towel.
  • 4. Let stand 1 minute.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
