For our recipe, we hand-roll tender all white-meat chicken in traditional corn tortillas, then lay them in a bed of zesty seasoned rice before topping them with a creamy cheese sauce and freshly grated cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses. Delivered in a bakeable tray, our frozen enchiladas also feature microwave + oven preparation that gets a delicious Mexican-style meal on the table faster, with plenty of delicious enchiladas to make sure no one leaves the table hungry.

Preparation

  • Prepare from FROZEN state.
  • Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly.
  • 1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • 2. Remove tray from carton. Leave film on tray. Do not vent.
  • 3. Microwave on high for 9 - 11 minutes.
  • 4. Remove and discard film. Place tray onto a baking sheet.
  • 5. Bake on center rack of oven for 25 - 30 minutes.
  • 6. Let stand 5 minutes.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
  • FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. THIS PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F PRIOR TO EATING.
