We start with Certified Sustainable, wild-caught Alaska cod fillets, generously coat them with beer batter made with real amber draft beer, fry them to golden brown perfection then flash freeze them to keep each fillet tasting fresh. Simple oven prep lets you serve perfectly flaky and crispy fish fillets with no fuss.

Sprinkle with malt vinegar and serve with tartar sauce and our frozen French fries or steak fries to create a classic fish and chips meal right from your oven.

Preparation

  • Prepare from FROZEN state.
  • Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly.
  • 1. Preheat oven to 475°F.
  • 2. Place 4 fillets in a single layer onto an ungreased baking sheet.
  • 3. Bake on center rack for 7 minutes and turn over.
  • 4. Bake for 6 - 8 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  • 5. Let stand 1 minute.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
  • FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. THIS PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 160°F PRIOR TO EATING.

  • 2. Set air fryer to 400°F.
  • 3. Cook for 7 minutes and turn over.
  • 4. Cook for 7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  • 5. Let stand 2 minutes.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
