What do I do with a Totally Cool, Inc. manufactured product that was recalled in June 2024?

If you received an email from Yelloh about the product being included in the recall, please know we are taking this matter seriously as the safety of our products is non-negotiable for us. If you have one of the affected products, please capture a photo of the Product Identification Code (PIC) on the box and then dispose of the product.
