Gel packs are used within our freezer bags to keep your food frozen for hours until you return home. You may return gel packs to your Yelloh Pro or leave them out in your freezer bag for us to retrieve. All gel packs in good condition will be re-frozen to the temperature needed to keep a future delivery frozen for several hours.
