No problem. Your order will be placed in a freezer bag by one of our Yelloh Pros during your scheduled delivery date and time. The freezer bag is designed specifically to keep your food frozen for hours. To open the bag simply lift the red plastic lip under the handle. This will release the seal and you can now enjoy your favorite Yelloh products. If you have a specific location you would like the freezer bag placed, please let us know the details in the Delivery Notes in Step 1 of the Checkout process.
