Why am I not receiving my Order and Delivery, Promotion or Reminder emails?

Check that there is a valid email address and mobile phone on file and your communication preferences are selected for the emails and texts you want.

To update your communication preferences:

  1. Sign In > Open the "Hi, Name" dropdown
  2. In My Account > Navigate to Communications within Account
  3. Select or unselect the check boxes under Email Notifications or Text Notifications
  4. Edit or add Mobile Phone if needed
  5. Click Save on the bottom of the page
