1. Cut jelly roll into 12 slices.
2. Layer slices on bottom of medium (1 ½ qt) round bowl lightly sprayed with vegetable oil.
3. Spoon slightly thawed ice cream over slices of jelly roll using spatula.
4. Top with pecans. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 2 hours.
5. Unmold onto a serving platter and cut wedges to serve. Serve with fresh berries and desired sauce.
Tip: To help unmold cake, simply microwave a damp towel for 1 minutes and place around bottom of bowl for 30 seconds.
