Caramel Ice Cream Sauce

Now you can make a yummy rich smooth caramel sauce using what you have in your freezer....Vanilla Ice Cream!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup
    Classic Vanilla Ice Cream (225)
  • 1/2 cup
    brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup
    corn syrup
  • 1
    Old-Fashioned Apple Pie (85), prepared according to package instructions and sliced

Instructions

1. Place all ingredients in a small heavy sauce pan.

2. Stir and cook over medium heat till sugar and ice cream are melted and smooth.

3. Plate sliced apple pie and drizzle with sauce.
