Our frozen beef tips and gravy come in two 1.5 lb. packages so you can thaw and make or save as much as you wish. The premium diced beef tips are slow-roasted for hours in natural juices and rich, brown gravy for a savory dinner with surprisingly simple microwave or stovetop prep.

  • From Thawed State:
  • 1. Thaw desired number of pouches in refrigerator overnight or in cold running water for 30 minutes.
  • 2. Preheat medium saucepan over medium heat.
  • 3. Pour contents of pouch(es) into saucepan.
  • 4. Heat for 13 - 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
  • FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE HEATING INSTRUCTIONS. THIS PRODUCT MUST BE HEATED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 145°F PRIOR TO EATING.

  • From Frozen State:
  • 1. Remove 1 pouch from carton and place into warm water for 30 seconds to loosen from edges of pouch.
  • 2. Pour content of pouch into a microwave-safe dish and cover.
  • 3. Microwave on high for 5 minutes; stir and replace cover.
  • 4. Microwave on high for 5 minutes; stir and replace cover.
  • 5. Microwave on high for 5 minutes.
  • 6. Let stand 1 minute.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
