Preparation

  • Prepare from FROZEN state.
  • Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly.
  • 1. Open package and remove rice and sauce pouches. Place sauce pouch into warm water to thaw.
  • 2. Preheat 1 tablespoon of oil in large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • 3. Pour remaining contents of bag into skillet, stir and cover.
  • 4. Cook for 11 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  • 5. Microwave rice pouch on high for 3 minutes.
  • 6. Add sauce to skillet and stir.
  • 7. Cover skillet and cook for 1 1/2 minutes.
  • 8. Carefully remove rice pouch from microwave and pour into large serving dish.
  • 9. Pour contents of skillet over rice.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
  • FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. THIS PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F PRIOR TO EATING.

  • 6. Microwave rice pouch on high for 3 minutes.
  • 7. Carefully remove rice pouch from microwave and pour into large serving dish.
  • 8. Pour contents of dish over rice.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
